With 30 years of practice in criminal and juvenile law (26 of those in Collin County), I bring substantial knowledge, skills, and familiarity of the courts to every case. I have served as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney which gives me the ability to evaluate a case from both sides. This is an enormous advantage when evaluating and preparing your case, whether it’s preparing for trial or preparing for the outcome which best protects your future.

I have built many relationships within the community which allows me to better navigate each case regardless of which court, judge, or prosecutor is assigned to the case.
